Eldercare Partners is comprised of three partners – Michael Edery, Jay Miller, and Raquel Edery, MBA, LNHA.

Jay Miller and Michael Edery, both partners at Eldercare Partners, have each been in the commercial real estate industry for approximately 25 years. Over the span of their careers, each have transacted hundreds of millions of dollars for their own personal balance sheets. To date, Michael and Jay own many hundreds of units across New York, and are continuing to expand.

Jay’s primary business is in the management of commercial real estate properties, while Michael’s primary business is in commercial real estate finance. In their respective capacities, Michael has arranged several billions of dollars’ worth of various financing vehicles, while Jay has transacted an aggregation of approximately $350,000,000 in purchases and dispositions.

As for Raquel, prior to the inception of Eldercare Partners, she was employed at a company that owns and operates 35 healthcare facilities spread throughout 5 Eastern seaboard states, which include SNF, AL and IL.  During her tenure there, she was very involved in the acquisition and transition of 19 of the 35 facilities. Her duties included the performing of due diligence, turn-around, and operation stability. Moreover, in her capacity as portfolio manager, Raquel was involved in the operations of all 35 facilities, both, on a facility level, as well as on a corporate level.

In that the majority of the facilities in which she has been intimately involved were turn-around facilities, she therefore has gained the knowledge needed to creatively approach each facility, so as to provide individuality to each resident and insure optimal functionality.
